Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Director of Operations and Education to spearhead the management of our educational environment while ensuring compliance with federal, state, institutional, and programmatic accreditation standards. This pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the President and CEO, demands a proactive and collaborative mindset to optimize instructional delivery, resource management, and student success outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and management of faculty and staff within the Education Department.
- Collaborate with various departmental leaders, including Career Services, Admissions, and Educational Funding, to facilitate a cohesive student experience.
- Monitor and enhance student success metrics by overseeing classroom experiences and ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Contribute to the assessment, adaptation, and implementation of curricula that align with evolving educational needs and industry standards.
- Serve as a prominent representative of the Education Department within the community, ensuring alignment with regional educational initiatives.
- Manage daily campus operations encompassing budget oversight, staffing, and promotional activities to ensure effective campus functionality.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the campus in community engagements and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of management experience within a postsecondary educational context is essential; experience in Nursing programs or the healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of state regulations, accreditation standards, and Title IV regulations is necessary.
